From Entrepedia: The Entrepreneurship Wiki
The aim of this event is to inspire and motivate creative thinking by demonstrating the potential of creating new products to market. For example, there is great potential in Scotland to create new products from waste materials which can not only provide new sources of income, but also diverts waste from landfill.
Presentations from some pioneering environmental entrepreneurs will show what can be done when you think outside the box. This will be complemented with an exhibition and a chance to generate ideas with the experts as well as find out about potential sources of funding. Creating new products from waste materials will open a window of opportunity to new markets, provide your business with a unique selling point and also provide the potential to create new roles within in your business.
